Lodgai is an informational platform and does not provide transportation, accommodation, insurance, visas, banking, or legal/medical services. Travel conditions, prices, visa rules, and health regulations change frequently and may vary by destination. Always verify critical details with airlines, hotels, consulates, and other official sources before making decisions or travelling.

Some features may require an account. Provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and update your details promptly. You are responsible for all activity under your account, authorized or not. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach.

“User Content” includes any data, reviews, comments, itineraries, or media you submit. You retain ownership but grant Lodgai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, modify, and distribute the content solely for operating and improving the Services.

Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or contains malware. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

All trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials on the Site (collectively, “Lodgai Content”) are owned by or licensed to Lodgai and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as explicitly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Lodgai Content or Services.

The Services may contain links to third-party sites, bookings, or products. These are provided for convenience only. Lodgai does not control or endorse third-party offerings and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. Any bookings or transactions you enter into with third parties are solely between you and that provider. Review the applicable provider’s terms, privacy policies, and local consumer protections.

Lodgai may receive commissions or other compensation when you purchase through affiliate links or partner offers. The presence of affiliate links does not influence our editorial content, but we encourage you to evaluate offers independently. Promotional content will be labeled where required by local advertising regulations.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. You may stop using the Services at any time, but sections intended to survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lodgai is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If consumer protection laws in your country require different governing law, those protections remain in place. Any dispute must first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Lodgai’s principal jurisdiction, unless mandatory local laws dictate otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date below or by sending an email if you have an account. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
